End of the Year Tax Preparation
All charges for a Federal End of the Year Tax Return include one State Tax Return preparation without additional charge. In addition, you may choose electronic or paper options for filing, transactions, and tax return copies.
Individual Returns
- 1040EZ - $75
- 1040A - $90
- 1040 or 1041 without Schedule C, E, D or F - $150
Business Return (1040 with Schedule C, E, D, or F, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 990) - $250
State Returns and Additional Schedules - $50 each
Amended Returns - Same charge as original returns.
Additional charges at the Accounting Service Rate apply (see next section) for complexity, client request for changes after the completion of the tax return, and tax related correspondence.
Bookkeeping and Accounting
Bookkeeping Services - bulk data entry functions performed in our office such as entering checks, paying bills, preparing invoices, etc. - $45/hour
Payroll Services - Includes payroll preparation, emailing or faxing paystubs, and tax reports for up to 5 employees - $75/month
Additional charges apply for more than 5 employees, printing payroll checks, and delivery of payroll
Accounting Services - expertise such as preparing general journal entries, correspondence with Government Tax Agencies, reconciliation of accounts, review of books, and payroll tax return preparation. This rate also applies to bookkeeping services done outside our office - $100/hour
Business Start-Up Services - Organization paperwork for LLC or Corporation including EIN and State Tax number - $300
Additional charges at the Accounting Services Rate apply for organizations not located in New Mexico
CPA Services including Audits - contact us to setup a free consultation and receive a quote
QuickBooks Tutoring
One hour session: $100
Three hour session: $250
Coaching and Consulting
Business Consulting - $150/hour or $1100/day

Hosting - Website hosting on our servers - $10/month or $100/year if paid in advance
Basic Graphic Design Work - Editing pictures, logo creation, etc - $75/hour
Additional Website Services - Secure server hosting, shopping carts, flash, complex graphics work, etc - contact us to setup a free consultation and receive a quote

Travel Costs - no charge within one hour of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Travel costs outside this area based on actual expenses.
