End of the Year Tax Preparation

Individual Returns (Includes preparation of one State Return)

Amended Returns - Same charge as original returns.
Additional charges at the Accounting Service Rate apply of $100 per hour apply for complexity, client request for changes after the completion of the tax return, and tax related correspondence.
Bookkeeping and Accounting
Bookkeeping Services - bulk data entry functions performed in our office such as entering checks, paying bills, preparing invoices, etc. - $45/hour
Payroll Services - We are no longer offering payroll services. However, we will train you on how to do your own payroll using QuickBooks. See QuickBooks Training for more information.
Accounting Services - expertise such as preparing general journal entries, correspondence with Government Tax Agencies, reconciliation of accounts, review of books, and payroll tax return preparation. This rate also applies to bookkeeping services done outside our office - $100/hour
Business Start-Up Services - Organization paperwork for LLC or Corporation including EIN and State Tax number - $300
Additional charges at the Accounting Services Rate apply for organizations not located in New Mexico
Business Plans - Complete business plans start at $1500 and require a 50% down payment for us to begin work.

Website Design and Hosting
Set up of simple website (5 page maximum) - $500 (This assumes client writes all the text, provides edited images, picks out the colors, and gives us thorough guidance regarding the appearance of the site. Client is responsible for purchasing domain name and hosting. Assistance with this is included in the price.)
Addition work including writing and editing text, selecting and editing images, photography, graphic design, marketing systems, etc. - $75/hour
